We are aware that the Pacific shard is currently unavailable to players, we apologize for the delay in notifying you, however, it has been under investigation. We still have no ETA and will update with additional information when it is available. Thank you!
Update - 10:30PM EST: We have resolved the issue and the Pacific shard is now available for players, thank you and have fun!
