World-Wide Publish to correct Veteran Rewards - 12/17/10

Tomorrow, 12/17/10, all shards will receive a small publish during scheduled maintenance. This will correct an issue in which players on some shards were unable to claim the 13th Anniversary Veteran Rewards.
