Customer Service2013 Jan 14 17:43 GMTWe will perform an extended maintenance on the following shards, Tuesday January 15th, at 8:00 am EST (13:00 GMT):

  • Lake Austin
  • Baja
  • Napa Valley
  • Sonoma
  • Pacific
  • Origin
At this time we anticipate that the shards will be back online no later than 1:00 pm EST (18:00 GMT).
