Hardware Improvements

Customer Service2013 Feb 27 15:20 GMTIn an effort to improve hardware performance, Baja and Great Lakes will be taken down today, at 10:45 am EST (16:45 CET).
At the moment we anticipate the servers to be back online at 1:00pm EST (19:00 CET).
After the improvements have been implimented, we would appreciate any feedback regarding lag issues on these two shards sent to [url=mailto:barmstrong@ea.com]barmstrong@ea.com[/url]. In these emails the following information would be greatly helpful:

- Location in game when you experience the most lag
- What activity you were doing ( if applies)
- Time you see the most lag
