The Imperial Empress of Tokuno and His Majesty King Blackthorn of Britannia will sign a treaty of peace and prosperity between their two nations on Saturday, August the Seventeenth, at eight o’clock in the evening.
King Blackthorn invites the honorable governors of Britannia to accompany His Majesty to witness the signing of the treaty that they helped ratify. His Majesty extends welcome to all officials of the Crown who wish to be present for this historic event.
