Arms Lore
0 - 30: Buy from a Blacksmith NPC.
30 - 100:
Passive: You will get passive arms lore gains any time you make a weapon or piece of armor, but not ammunition or a shield, with any crafting skill.
Active: Use the skill over and over again on the same weapon or piece of armor. There is no need to change targets or move.
