Begging
0 - 25: Buy from a Beggar NPC.
25 - 100: Start begging. This skill has a long reuse timer (upwards of 10 seconds) so it can take a long time to GM. Also, you cannot successfully re-beg from an NPC until you have begged from at least 5 other NPCs. The only "quick" way to raise this skill is to gather 6 NPCs in one small place (so they don't wander away) and beg from them one after the other, over and over again.
