Fishing
0 - 30: Buy from an NPC Fisher.
30 - 75: Fish in shallow water (e.g. off shore, off docks). Oddly enough server lines are considered shallow water also. Fishing is movement based so just keep walking/sailing around and fishing.
75 - 100: Fish in deep water. The easiest way to do this is to find a straight path to sail around the world, sail "slow foward" and just fish off the back of your moving boat.
