0 - 40: Buy from Gustar The Meditation Instructor in New Haven [New Haven Buildings 1 - Magic 1].
40 - 50: Complete the Meditiation New Player Quest given by Gustar The Meditation Instructor [New Haven Buildings 1 - Magic 1].
50 - 120: Just keep lowering your Mana and letting it regenerate. If you start training your Meditiation at the same as Magery, your Meditation will be maxed out long before your Magery.
