To learn of of Spellweaving you need to complete 3 quest chains, Becoming an Arcanist in either Heartwood or Sanctuary, Summon Fey and Summon Fiend.

Becoming an Arcanist (Heartwood)

Find Aeluva in Heartwood [Learn Spellweaving - Heartwood] to start this quest chain.

1. Part 1: Patience
   Obtain 20 miniature mushrooms and return to Aeluva. Miniture mushrooms can be found on the ground in Heartwood.
2. Part 2: Needs of the Many
   Obtain 10 bails of cotton [Learn Spellweaving - Tailor].
3. Part 3: Needs of the Many
   Obtain 250 boards [Learn Spellweaving - Carpenter].
4. Part 4: Making a Contribution
   Obtain 1 sack of flour, 10 jars of honey, 20 fish steaks [Learn Spellweaving - Baker and Fisher].
5. Part 5: Unnatural Creation
   Slay 5 Exodus Overseers and 2 Exodus Minions. You can find them both in the Exodus Dungeon.

Reward: Arcane Circle, Spellweaving spellbook and a Gift of Renewal scroll

Becoming an Arcanist (Sanctuary)

Find Koole in Sanctuary [Learn Spellweaving - Sanctuary] to start this quest chain.

1. Part 1: Discipline
   Slay 50 rats in Sanctuary in an hour.
2. Part 2: Needs of the Many
   Obtain 10 bails of cotton [Learn Spellweaving - Tailor].
3. Part 3: Needs of the Many
   Obtain 250 boards [Learn Spellweaving - Carpenter].
4. Part 4: Making a Contribution
   Obtain 1 sack of flour, 10 jars of honey, 20 fish steaks [Learn Spellweaving - Baker and Fisher].
5. Part 5: The Human Blight
   Obtain 30 Severed Human Ears (Loot off of Human Brigands [Learn Spellweaving - Brigands]).

Reward: Arcane Circle, Spellweaving spellbook and a Gift of Renewal scroll

Summon Fey Quest

Find Synaeva in Heartwood [Learn Spellweaving - Heartwood] to start this quest chain.

1. Part 1: Friend of the Fey
   Retrieve 1 jar of honey and 1 string of beads [Learn Spellweaving - Baker and Jeweler].
2. Part 2: Token of Friendship
   Deliver a gift to Arielle. To find Arielle follow the moongate to Ilshenar Sprituality [Human to Elf Quest - Arielle]. She is located in the normal Pixie spawn area near Spirituality. Arielle is also found near the Shrine of Sacrifice in Felucca [Human to Elf Quest - Arielle (Felucca)].
3. Part 3: Alliance
   Slay 20 Reapers [Hunter's Guide (Re-Rh)].

Reward: Summon Fey scroll

Summon Fiend Quest

Find Elder Brae in Sanctuary [Learn Spellweaving - Sanctuary] to start this quest chain.

1. Part 1: Fiendish Friends
   Slay 50 Imps [Hunter's Guide (I)].
2. Part 2: Cracking the Whip I
   Obtain a stout whip (Stout Whips are loot off of named Orcs [Learn Spellweaving - Orcs]).
3. Part 3: Cracking the Whip II
   Slay 1 Arcane Daemon, which you can find just outside the Exodus Dungeon.
